What’s included?
- The annual service will include a thorough cleaning, combustion efficiency check and any essential replacement parts will be fitted*
- Access to an emergency callout service to attend breakdowns including Saturdays and bank holidays**
- Detailed record keeping and a reminder when your annual service becomes due
- A thorough check of your oil tank and fuel supply. This includes advice on how to ensure that you comply with the latest oil storage regulations.
- Warranty work can usually be carried out, but we need to know your boiler is still under warranty if you are using us for the first time.

Additional Protection with a 5 Star Insurance Plan
Our partners, Smart & Cook have designed the five star insurance plan to cover the cost of repair or replacement of every component within the casing of your boiler. There is only one exception : the water jackets on boilers which are 21 years old and over.
The price of annual cover starts from as little as £85 and is dependent on the age of your boiler. Additional optional cover is also available which includes cover for radiators, thermostats and plastic oil tanks. Full terms and conditions are available on request.
